Sushi Robots

Sushi-making is a delicate art. Every piece must be crafted by hand; true skill takes years, even a lifetime, to develop.

Except in Japan, where sushi is made by robots.

Sushi robots! Hee! There's quite a range of them on the market. There are even automatic rice-cookers-cum-sushi-vinegar-adders and nigiri-makers that will make nigiri to three preset sizes. If there were a robot arm that could lift the rice out of the cooker and plop it into the sushi robots, the entire process could be automated, and our world could be graced with fully bionic sushi.

I'm charmed.
