If it’s worn by a woman, it’s a zıbın.
If it’s worn by a man, is it the top layer worn under the belt, or is there another garment on top of it?
If it’s the top layer, it’s a yelek.
If there’s another garment between the jacket and the belt, the jacket is a zıbın.
